Guilhermina Elisa Bessa da Costa has a Master in Management and Technologies applied to Education - GESTEC - UNEB. Master of Science in Education by the Latin American and Caribbean Institute - IPLAC - UNESCO Chair. Specialization in Psych pedagogy by the State University of Santa Cruz UESC. Specialization in Higher Education by Faculty of the South of Bahia - FASB. Specialization in History of Brazil. She holds a degree in Pedagogy from the State University of Bahia. She is professor at the State University of Bahia (UNEB) since 2002. Vice Leader of the Research Group TIPEMSE - Technologies, Pedagogical Innovation and Social Mobilization for Education; she has experience in Education with an emphasis on Internship, Special and Inclusive Education Research, mainly in the following areas: teacher training, inclusive education, and assistive technology, research and pedagogical practice and supervised curricular internship and curriculum training. She develops research in the education of deaf people and in the Brazilian Language of Signs - LIBRAS. Coordinates the group of studies: Education and diversity in the Contemporary Times. Research Group: Social Development. She works in the Collegiate Coordination of the Graduate Course in Early Childhood Education: History, Politics and Training in the Department of Education at the State University of Bahia. Participated in INTERTECH2016 (XIV International Conference on Education and Engineering Technology) and in SHEWC2016 (XVI World Congress on Safety, Health and Environment) and in 2017 participated as vice chair of the local committee of ICECE2017 (X International Conference on Engineering and Computer Education) and in 2018 participated as vice chair of the local committee of WCSEIT2018 (V World Congress on Systems Engineering and Information Technology).
